This website describes the artificial language Paklikale, which was first developed in late 2008. Paklikale is an a priori, subject-verb-object, agglutinative language constructed to provide a more logical and intuitive means of communication. As such, it strives to be consistent, neutral, and simple. One potential use for Paklikale is as an international auxiliary language, and its name literally translates to "universal language."
